Fair Camping
Join us for a wonderful week of camping at the fair! All volunteers, exhibitors, and our grand champion level partners are invited to enjoy this special experience together. It's the perfect opportunity to connect, share stories, and create lasting memories. We can't wait to see you there!
Rates
$140 per unit for the fair
$10 per extra tent per unit
Rules

To camp during Madison County Fair, reserved and non-reserved campers must participate as a volunteer, exhibitor/family or Grand Champion Level Partner.

No campers (reserved or non-reserved) on campgrounds before 3 PM on Sat., July 12th. Otherwise there will be a $50 per day extra charge.

No Buddy Campers

Reserved campers will send in full payment with application. Your camping sticker, to be displayed on camper, can be obtained at the Fair Office. All campers need to be in by Wednesday AM.

Non-Reserved campers will register, pay and obtain your camping sticker upon entry beginning at 6 PM on Sat., July 12th.

Car parking is not allowed in area north of the Varied Industries Building and in fire lanes.

Everyone staying on the fairgrounds must be chaperoned by a local club leader, parent, or advisor. They must stay in place designated by the Fair Board.

Exhibitors cannot stay in the Livestock Barns.

All campers need to be removed by 6 PM Mon., July 21st.
